IVS-255 Client Site Software Installation Guide

 Preface

This document describes the information that users need to know before installing IVS-255 client site software.

This software package is only for IVS-255 products.

System Requirements:

ü          The client site’s CPU must be Intel P4 2.0(GHz) or better, and 256MB or more RAM.

ü          The Client site OS must be Windows 2000/XP or later

IVS255Setup.exe Installation procedures:

     Step 1: Put the CD into CD-ROM drive and view the install CD file menu, then, find the setup program: “IVS255Setup.msi” 

     Step 2: Double click on IVS255Setup.msi icon to execute it. Then follow the setup procedures to install.

     Step 3: After the installation is complete, restart windows.

Demo program:

After installation of IVS-255 Setup, you can find a demo program “IVS255_Demo”. This demo program is helpful to demo and test the function of IVS-255. All source code is available in the directory where the IVS-255 Client Site Software was installed.

Sample Programs:

After installation, you can find several sample programs, some in VB and others in VC, in “[install-directory]/Samples” directory.

• User Manual: Overall introduction of IVS-255 product.

• Client Site ActiveX Control Programming Guide: Detailed explanation about client site OCXs.
