Fix : The ISO813_AD2F() declaration on the ISO813.Pas and ISO813.Bas 
      has the wrong declaration. Fix the declaration file to math the
      description of ISO813_AD2F() on the Software Manual.
Add : Add the diagnostic program for 32 channels AD testing.
Fix : The ISO813_ADs_Float() should return the error ISO813_AdError
      while the user setting Jump1 to 20v and setting Jump2 to
      Unipolar.
Fix : The ISO813_AD_Float() should return the error ISO813_AdError2
      while the user setting Jump1 to 20v and setting Jump2 to 
      Unipolar.
Fix : The ISO813_AD2F() should return the error ISO813_AdError2 while
      the user setting Jump1 to 20v and setting Jump2 to Unipolar.
Note: This ISO-813 doesn't support the configure of 20v + Unipolar .

      gain-code setting not equal to +/- 2.5V. 
      fix this error.
Fix : The return data type of the function ISO813_AD_Hex() is wrong.
      The correct data type is "Word". 
      Fix this error on the declaration file ISO813.Pas.

         the DLL functions with VB, VC++, Delphi, BCB.
Add    : Add the user manual "ResCheck.pdf", it describes how to check
         the resoures on Windows 95/98/NT.
